Hello and happy Friday! In case you are wondering what this is about, I’m fully with you.
Instead of a recipe, I am sharing a list of some of the most interesting, thought-provoking, entertaining or tastiest links from the web.
There are many of these linking posts around that I absolutely love to read and am looking forward to on a weekly basis.
My thought is to chime in share with you a list of things that make me happy – on a regular basis.
So what makes me happy this Friday?
Also looking forward to the new season of BBC’s Sherlock.
The millennial whoop is a thing (!). I can’t unhear this.
These mesmerizing galaxy glaze cookies.
The idea to puree quinoa into a pizza crust is brilliant and sounds easier than the cauliflower crusts that I’ve tried before.
This good old Dutch classic is done and photographed beautifully by Lady & Pups: Chicken Sate.
And this smart idea of stuffing paprika-halves with lasagna!
Enjoying the end-notes of summer with this raw tomato pasta-sauce.
Listening to this week’s TED radio-hour on slowing down and the benefits of procrastination.
Reading this essay on slow blogging made me feel really good, because it is so easy to feel overwhelmed by articles calling out to increase your social media reach, to ramp up your SEOs and to basically “grow your blog from zero to a million in 6 months” (along the same lines, this essay by Anne R. Allen from 2012).
What did you come across this week? Have a wonderful weekend. 🙂
